No Popup? go to www.wifime.io

Q. What is CNA?

A. CNA stands for Captive Network Assistant, originally built by Apple to help users get online with guest WiFi. This idea of CNA has also been adopted by Android developers to help users get online.

CNA does come with its problems and can actually stop you completing the sign up process to guest WiFi systems, particularly on Apple devices. If your users have any challenges getting online, just have them open a browser and go to www.wifime.io to push their device through the challenge that CNA can present

If this procedure does not resolve your sign on experience check to see if other users in your venue are having the same challenge, you could be experiencing difficulties with your main broadband provide. Speak to us using the chat function on our website, were always happy to help out.
